  3. It sounds like he is practicing for being a former President, loved and respected for his great wisdom. In truth, they should put the famous logo of the theatre behind him and above his head, wherever he speaks: Two face masks, one laughing and the other crying. Then and only then, his performances would be transparent for what they really are: An actor’s lines, delivered by a clown who takes himself seriously. Our first Pagliacci President.

  4. “…Excuses are the tools of the incompetent, used to build bridges to nowhere and monuments of nothingness…”

Is this from the same person who said “…you didn’t build that…”?

Remember, he implied that because roads and other infrastructures were built by the government with taxpayer money, that the government helped create those jobs. Does that mean he considers the government full of incompetents?

And what better way to talk about Washington DC by referring to its “monuments of nothingness” – the National Mall, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the World War II Memorial, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, the FDR Memorial and the new Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial.

    All built by incompetents…
