Hurricane “Puff” is the first of the 2013 season, and it’s a … oh, a category 0.05 hurricane, sorry!:-)
Poor Jeff Masters tried to hype one last week but it went and got blown away. When there are no hurricanes to hype though, he uses anything else he can, mudslides, rain, drought, any kind of icky weather will do.
