Apparently thousands of scientists believe that the climate never used to change.

I pulled the seven frames surrounding the explosion from the official Space-X video, and generated an animated gif below.  Something was definitely flying past the rocket right when it exploded. Look across the top of the animation.

Here is the video ABC News published on September 1, which I generated the gif from.

It might have been a bird. Difficult to say. There was no indication of any trouble in the frame before the explosion.

Before data tampering by NOAA, average afternoon temperatures have been plummeting across most of the US, for almost 90 years.

Hottest temperatures are also plummeting across the US. Our hottest days are much cooler now than they were 80 years ago.

There is no valid reason to believe that the US is going to overheat. It is just one more big lie.

On this date in 1974, the US was very cold, with temperatures below 50F as far south as Texas, and much of the US below freezing. Minimum temperatures were 15 degrees cooler than the same date in 1898.

A few weeks earlier, Time Magazine warned of another ice age, and said that the world had cooled 2.7 degrees since the 1940’s

The New York Times says that Georgia and Florida are flooding, and it is caused by “global warming created by human emissions”

The two closest active tide gauges to those locations show that sea level is rising at exactly the same rate is was a century ago. There is not the slightest indication that humans have had any impact on sea level.

So basically the New York Times made up some BS, did no research, used no scientific method, drew irrational baseless conclusions and blamed it on humans because it suits their political agenda.

Sea level has been rising for 20,000 years – most of that time much faster than now.

Fort Lauderdale is right at sea level. Unusually high tides are going to cause flooding. It has nothing to do with climate change.

Arctic alarmists are back at their usual scam of attributing the breakup of ice caused by early winter storms to “global warming.” It is a shell game to divert attention away from the huge expansion of soon to be multi-year sea ice towards the Russian side.

These Arctic summer storms churn up warmer water from several hundred feet down below the ice, and replace it with colder surface water. Like all convective storms, they rapidly move heat from lower elevations up into the upper atmosphere, where it radiates off into space. The large number of summer storms in recent years have been cooling down the waters of the Arctic Ocean, causing new ice to form more rapidly in the autumn.

Serreze pulled the identical stunt in 2008.

Lewis Pugh made the mistake of listening to Serreze in 2008, and tried to kayak to the North Pole. He made it about 75 miles out of Svalbard before he was blocked by ice, and then of course declared victory.

The New York Times made the same claim in 2000, and said it was the first time in 50 million years.

Apparently 1958 was more than 50 million years ago, because the USS Skate surfaced in “clear water” at the North Pole on August 11, 1958.
