Barack Obama believes that 0.0004 mole fraction of an essential trace gas (which all life depends on) threatens the planet.

Even if you subscribe to his mindless CO2 superstition, Obama already wrecked any prospect of a meaningful agreement when he agreed to let Chinese CO2 emissions grow until the year 2030. China is on track to be 50% of global emissions by 2030, and the US is on track to be less than 5% of global emissions.

US emissions have been decreasing since George Bush was elected. Obama has had essentially zero impact on US emissions.

The US has almost no control over global CO2. Obama’s EPA regulations and his fake Paris agreement are meaningless nonsense. They will have no noticeable impact on global emissions, which are increasing exponentially.

As with everything else Obama does, the Paris Conference is just one more big lie.

In 1997, NASA showed no global warming since 1980. Other than periods of cooling after the eruptions of El Chichon (1982) and Mt. Pinatubo (1991) –  global temperatures were pretty close to flat from 1980 to 1996.

Since 1996, satellites show that temperatures have remained flat.

As far as I can tell, essentially all recent global warming occurred from 1910 to 1940, followed by 35 years of cooling, and another short period of warming after the PDO shift of 1976.

There is little or no correlation with CO2. But NASA’s top climatologists have known this for 45 years.

In 1981, NASA showed a little over 0.3C warming from 1900 to 1980 at 23°S- 90°S

They now show about 0.8C warming during that same time period for 23°S- 90°S

The next image overlays the two graphs at the same scale. Note how Gavin Schmidt massively cooled the past, to increase Southern Hemisphere warming.

Gavin’s data tampering didn’t stop in 1980 however. Since 2001, Gavin erased a 0.2C cooling in that region from 1990 to 2000.

As with the Northern Hemisphere, Gavin has cooled pre-1960 temperatures and warmed post-1960 temperatures.

But with Gavin, the data tampering never stops. Since 2004, Gavin warmed 1980-2000 23°S- 90°S temperatures by about 0.1C.

This might be considered surprising, because Gavin knows that Antarctica cooled significantly during that period.

NASA temperature graphs have little or nothing to  do with the actual temperature of the earth. They are simply propaganda tools for the White House. Gavin will argue that the addition of fake historical ocean temperatures altered the trend, but buffering by the thermal mass of the oceans would have the opposite effect of reducing warming – not increasing it.

Texas does everything big – and when it comes to climate stupid no one does it bigger than Katharine Hayhoe, Andrew Dessler, and Joe Romm. In 2011, all three of them were hysterical about the heat and drought in Texas. Katharine of Texas Tech read Romm’s climate porn that summer, and upped the ante with her own – predicting 5-7 weeks of 100 degree temperatures per year in Lubbock.

Had Katharine actually looked at the data for Lubbock, she would have known that there has been no change in the number of 100 degree days, that they occurred more frequently prior to 1960, and that 2011 was an outlier – not a trend. This year was one of very few with no 100 degree days.

Her map (and apparently her thought process) appears to have no basis in science. She simply saw a hot/dry summer as an excuse to do some of her trademark fear mongering.

Andrew Dessler of Texas A&M also threw his Texas sized hat into the stupid ring that summer, saying that Texas would be hot and dry for the rest of the century.

True to form, West Texas is now the most abnormally wet place in the United States.

Instead of an ice-free Arctic, we just had the shortest melt season on record – followed by record sea ice growth. Arctic sea ice extent is the highest for the date since at least 2004.

Criminals at the New York Times and Guardian told us recently that Greenland is melting much faster than previously feared. In fact, Greenland’s surface is gaining record amounts of ice, with 250 billion tons of new ice over the last three months.

Temperatures in the center of the Greenland ice sheet never got above -5.9C this year, and averaged -29.7C so far this year. Last year’s maximum temperature was -4.0C with an average temperature of -26.9C. The last time the center of the Greenland ice sheet got above freezing was July 11, 2012 – when temperatures edged up just barely above freezing for six hours.

Meanwhile, the climate criminals in Paris continue their massive fraud – pretending that the climate is falling apart and that they are doing something to stop it.

NASA’s James Hansen started the modern climate scam, as well as the practice of altering temperature data to make it better support his brainless CO2 superstition. He gave thousands of interviews while Bush was president, to tell the press that he was being censored from talking to the press. And now Hansen’s back, eating other climate zombies.

The scientific community agrees on a crucial fact: we must leave most remaining fossil fuels in  the ground, or our children and future generations are screwed.

By “the scientific community agrees” he means himself, Bill McKibben, Leonrdo DiCaprio and the mouse in his pocket. And then he launches an assault on the equally brainless Barack Obama.

Yet Obama is not proposing the  action required for the essential change in energy policy direction, even though it would make  economic sense for developed and developing countries alike, especially for the common person.  How can such miserable failure of political leadership be explained, when Obama genuinely  wants climate policy to be one of his legacy issues?

A prelude of Paris deceit is shown by Chart 3, a press conference with John Podesta, once czar of  Obama’s climate policy, and Energy Secretary Ernie Moniz. They express optimism on the Paris  summit, citing an agreement of the U.S. and China to work together to develop carbon capture  and storage (CCS). That spin is so gross, it is best described as unadulterated 100% pure bullshit.

However, the White House is desperate to create a fake climate legacy, and had their employees at NOAA and NASA tamper with temperature data – so that 100% fraudulent headlines like this could come out ahead of the Paris conference.

Here in the US, we have been having progressively less hot weather – with  the last three years being among the least hot on record.

The NASA and NOAA graphs do not have anything to do with the actual temperatures on Earth. Their only purpose is to confuse people into believing that they do.

But the illusion is much worse than it seems. Even after all of the data tampering. temperatures are tracking right at Hansen’s zero emissions Scenario C. Meaning that their models and theory have completely failed.

Stephan Lewandowsky of the University of Bristol, says there is no evidence for a global warming hiatus.

The only evidence that a hiatus didn’t occur is the most recent NOAA/NASA data, which is being investigated by Congress after whistleblowers came forward to report political manipulation and improper procedures.

The hubris of climate criminals like Lewandowsky seems to grow by the day, buoyed by the criminal in the White House.
