Yesterday, CU professor Mark Williams announced the demise of Colorado skiing. And today, southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico are forecast to get 3-4 feet of snow.

Over the deade the authors examined (2000 to 2010), the average level of the gas (CO2) in the atmosphere went up by 22 parts-per-million. And the time series shows a steadily rising trend in its impact, layered on top of the seasonal changes. By the end of that period, the gas was retaining an extra 0.2 Watts for every square meter of the Earth’s surface compared to the start.

Still, it seems worth noting that the continued increase in greenhouse energy retention measured during this time coincides with a period where the Earth’s surface temperatures did not change dramatically. All that energy must have been going somewhere.

The authors started in the 2000 La Nina, and ended at the 2010 El Nino – when troposphere temperatures were half a degree warmer. Then they noticed that there was slightly more downwelling longwave radiation, which they blamed on increased absorption from the increase in CO2.

The increase in DLWR was due to the warmer troposphere during the El Nino. Warmer air emits more longwave radiation. The higher concentration of CO2 will also emit more DLWR radiation, but that is not due to increased absorption. I don’t know how scientists can get any more clueless than that.

Experts tell us that the current cold winter in DC is caused by global warming, but 45 years ago cold winters in DC were caused by global cooling and the coming ice age.

Academics are under constant pressure to raise money, and know that climate is one of the most reliable sources. Global warming or global cooling – it makes no difference. The key thing is to keep the public constantly alarmed by fake crises.

Colorado sank to desperate lows in 2008 when they hosted the beginning of emperor Obama’s attempted coup.

And again in 2012/2013 when the Democrats in the legislature voted to repeal the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution.

But the state has made a comeback. They tossed out the Democrats in the state senate who led the attack on the Bill of Rights, they tossed out carpetbagger Mark Udall, rejected hundreds of millions in Steyer and Bloomberg propaganda, and ended the ban on marijuana. Oil and gas is booming in Colorado due to fracking on private land. As a result of these libertarian actions, the economy of Colorado is booming. The state’s gun shops largely ignore the illegal laws passed by the Democrats.

I have never taken any illegal drugs, and almost never any legal ones. But the government has no business controlling people’s lives. I applaud my home state for their courage and recovery from the attempted Obama coup.

Buckhanon, WV has the longest continuous temperature record in the Northeastern US. The number of 90 degree days there is much lower than it was 60 and 120 years ago.

The length of summer is also shorter than it was 60 or 100 years ago.

Climate experts say that summers are getting hotter and longer, because $29 billion in government climate money can buy a whole lot of confirmation bias and outright lies.

When the final data comes in for this month, 2015 will be the coldest January/February on record in the Northeastern US, with 148 record lows for every record high.

The latest United Nations assessment of the role of humans in global warming has found with “high confidence” that greenhouse gas emissions are at least partly responsible for a host of changes already under way, including longer growing seasons and shrinking glaciers.

“there is high confidence that there has been a trend in many regions towards earlier greening of vegetation in the spring and increased net primary production linked to longer growing seasons and increasing atmospheric CO2 concentrations,” it said.

The past two years have both been in the top three for Great Lakes ice cover.

The US is facing more unprecedented cold.

There is snow on the ground in every state except Florida

Lots more snow in the forecast from coast to coast, Canada to Mexico.

The White House and its propaganda outlets are working to crucify anyone who believes this record cold is not unprecedented heat.
