North Pole could be ice free in 2008 – earth – 25 April 2008 – New Scientist Environment

My car thermometer reported -24F driving past the Budweiser brewery in Fort Collins this morning.

The coldest New Year’s Eves on record in Fort Collins were -22F in 1898 and 1900.  It isn’t even 11 PM and we are already down close to that, with clear skies and no wind.

Now that the Pope has demanded allegiance to the global warming scam, can we expect official church persecution of climate heretics?

By following any one of the simple principles of scientific integrity, a climate scientist can be guaranteed to be ostracized, have their funding cut off, have web sites set up to personally attack them, get fired, and possibly have the president of the US smear them.

According to climate experts, Antarctic sea ice has climbed to record highs due to global warming. They also pretend that the satellite record began in 1979.

But the 1990 IPCC report had satellite data back to 1973, showing  a sharp drop in Antarctic sea ice extent prior to 1979.

I merged the two graphs together at the same scale, and it turns out that Antarctic sea ice hasn’t changed over the past 40 years.

“Unprecedented climate change” is a term used by experts to mean “no climate change.”

Rhode Island’s Senator Sheldon Whitehouse believes he can save the climate. This is excellent news, but sad that he wasn’t around to do this 200 years ago.
