I tried doing some analysis of October US temperature data this morning, and discovered that NCDC has not updated their daily data since the end of September! This used to be done every day. The files are being written every day, but there is no climate data after September, 2014.

Apparently they don’t want people like me exposing their spectacular Grubering of the US temperature record. The lack of daily data makes it impossible for me to do a lot of the most important analysis.

I was particularly interested in October, 1900 – which (based on monthly data) was about 2.5 degrees warmer than October, 2014. NCDC has massively tampered with the data to make October 2014 warmer than 1900.

They knocked a huge amount off the October, 1900 temperatures to make this happen.

The map below shows all of the stations which hit 90 degrees during October, 1900.

I can’t generate the equivalent map for 2014, because they are now hiding the raw data. This story gets uglier every day.

Nobel prize winner Al Gore said the Arctic would be ice free this year, but instead we got only three ice-free months on Lake Superior, which is already freezing over.

The experts at the National Climatic Data Center report that October was 4th warmest on record in the US, despite the fact that their own thermometers show it was 24th warmest – after 1947, 1963, 1884, 1900, 1882, 1950, 1881, 1931, 1938, 2007, 1953, 1918, 1956, 1897, 1910, 1927, 1971, 1934, 1973, 1941, 1940, 1962 and 1914

1947 and 1963 were nearly four degrees warmer.

They accomplished this by massively cooling the past, and warming the present. More than two degrees of data tampering!

The animation below shows how they completely corrupt the US temperature record, turning a century long cooling trend into a warming trend.

North America had the eighth highest October snow extent on record, yet NCDC claims it was fourth warmest here.

In summary, NCDC is faking numbers and lying through their teeth.

This 1971 National Geographic map showed the ice edge about the same location as this summer. Experts say that Walrus can’t survive this, and must have gone extinct.

Imagine we had a president who was actually working for the United States, instead of working feverishly to destroy it.

Ten years and billions of dollars later, they learn that solar energy doesn’t work when the sun isn’t shining. These rocket scientists are real geniuses.

If you have a ten watt heat source, it generates ten watts of heat.

If you put insulation around that heat source, the temperature between the heat source and the insulator rises – but the amount of heat generated remains the same. What the insulator does is move some of the thermal gradient away from the heat source, and into the insulator.

With Antarctic sea ice at a record high, northern hemisphere snow cover near a record high, and Arctic sea ice at a decadal high, government climate experts say that it is the hottest year ever.

If you are cold, you cover yourself with a blanket. The blanket raises the temperature of the air around your warm body. The blanket is not a heat source. The blanket does not raise the temperature of the air above your body temperature. The blanket simply makes it more difficult for your body heat to escape into the room. Greenhouse gases similarly make it more difficult for absorbed solar energy to escape the surface of the Earth, which pushes the temperature of the air near the surface up.

People who try to claim that greenhouse gases don’t exist, make skeptics look stupid and make it easy for others to ignore us. Don’t do that.

• Milwaukee would experience more   than 55 days per summer with   highs over 90 degrees Fahrenheit  (°F) and more than 22 days with highs over 100°F.

Everything they say is the exact opposite of what is going on in Wisconsin. Days over 90 and 100 degrees have been plummeting for more than a century.

Climate alarmists are not scientists. They are hard core criminals bilking people out of far more money than Bernie Madoff did.
