Climate Attribution

It is well known by 97% of climate experts that droughts are caused by Republicans, but in 1936 they were caused by Democrats.

Understanding Affordability

When the government passes an affordability act (like health care or insurance) it means that costs are about to skyrocket.

What To Expect In The UK’s Future

  • In 2000, CRU said that children won’t know what snow is
  • In 2003, they said that heatwaves are the new normal ( I was at the beach in Christchurch a couple days before the heatwave started, and froze my ass off.)
  • In 2010, they said that cold snowy, winters were the new normal.
  • And now in 2014 they say that appalling storms are the new normal

Writing in The Telegraph, Dr Williams says that the “appalling” floods and storms that devastated parts of Britain this winter were a demonstration of “what we can expect” in the future.

The new normal is that society has reverted to the dark ages of trying to blame the weather on other people.

Can’t You Just Get A Normal Boyfriend, Honey?

ScreenHunter_1169 Mar. 29 23.24

I saw Noah this evening, and was thinking about some of Jennifer Connelley’s boyfriends in the movies. In A Beautiful Mind, Russell Crowe was a complete nutcase. In Hulk, her boyfriend grew about 14 sizes and turned into a real asshole when he got angry. And in Noah, all Russell Crowe could think about was murdering the grand kids after they were born.

She seems like a nice, calm girl, and ought to be able to find a regular guy?

Advancement In Climate Modeling

From the science desk of Unscientific American Magazine

Climate models haven’t been very effective, with 97% of forecasts way up on the high side. The problem is that they haven’t been correctly modeling two key parameters – Koch Brothers money, and evil denier thoughts. When those input parameters are correctly modeled, the missing heat will quickly rise to the surface.

Michael Mann Lying To The Press Again

And while we can’t say that Hurricane Sandy was literally caused by climate change, we know with some degree of confidence, that the impacts where made worse by climate change. For example, that 13-foot surge that flooded a large part of Manhattan, at least one of those 13 feet was due to human caused global warming.

The tide gauge measurement of sea level at Lower Manhattan has been increasing linearly for over 150 years, with the peak slope around 1940. There isn’t one shred of evidence that CO2 emissions have affected sea level in New York, much less raised sea level by one foot. His claim has zero scientific basis.
