Scientists Call For End To Economic Growth
Professor Kevin Anderson, Director of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, said the only way to reduce global emissions enough, while allowing the poor nations to continue to grow, is to halt economic growth in the rich world over the next twenty years.

UK To Have Alligators Within A Few Decades
Oct. 29, 2010 — The fear that global temperature can change very quickly and cause dramatic climate changes that may have a disastrous impact on many countries and populations is great around the world.
The Earth has not had such a high CO2 content in the atmosphere since more than 15 million years ago, when the climate was very warm and alligators lived in England. So we have already started tilting the seesaw and at the same time the ball is perhaps getting kicked more and could jump over into the other trench. This could mean that the climate might not just slowly gets warmer over the next 1000 years, but that major climate changes theoretically could happen within a few decades,”

ecoSanity : Arctic To Be Ice-Free By 2013
Arctic meltdown that could result in summers without sea ice as soon as 2013 instead of 2100 (!). So much for our confidence in the 2007 IPPC report suggestion that we have until 2015 to level off emissions.

Met Office warns of catastrophic global warming in our lifetimes
Met Office data shows no warming this century. The graph below shows the mind-boggling incompetence of government climate experts.

What Are The Odds Of A “Thousand Year Rainfall?”
During the Colorado floods this summer, someone at NOAA started claiming that it was a thousand year flood. When that was shown to be utter nonsense, they changed the story to a thousand year rainfall, based on the odds of that much rain being received at a particular point location.
Suppose there 10,000 rain gauges in the country. The odds of any one of them receiving a thousand year rainfall in any given year are 1,000:1. So we would expect about ten “thousand year rainfall” events in the US every year (10,000/1,000.)
This is high school statistics, not climate change.

Weather Underground Sets A Target Of At Least One Massive Big Lie Per Week
Last week the big lie was the strongest cyclone on record. This week it is accelerating global warming.
No Global Warming ‘Pause,’ Planet Warming Much Faster Than Previously Thought
Weather Underground was named after a 1960’s terrorist organization, made famous by Obama’s Chicago buddy Bill Ayers. Ayers’ girlfriend blew herself up making a bomb she planned to detonate at a Navy dance. She was hoping to kill lots of Navy officers and their dates. Ayers said that they never planned to hurt anyone.
Obama recently bragged to his staff that he was really good at killing people.
