I became a true believer in global warming 33 years ago, while doing research at Los Alamos National Labs.
A third of a century later, nothing they predicted has come true. The US just had the quietest tornado season on record, the quietest hurricane season on record, the fewest forest fires since 1984, the second fewest hundred degree readings in a century, and no change in global temperature for 17 years.
It is all a bunch of total bullshit.
There is some good news on global warming: but not for those convinced that inexorable warming will result in a calamity of biblical proportions.
The problem the warmists face — or refuse to face — is that it isn’t happening. Despite the steady increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide in the in the last 15 years, global temperatures have shown no statistically significant increase.

The 1930’s and 1950’s had the hottest weather in the last century in the US, with no overall trend.
But NOAA shows the US much hotter now than than the 1930’s, and Hansen keeps saying that summer heat waves are much getting much worse – due to global warming.
The 1930’s were much hotter than any recent decades, and government climate scientists need to stop lying about it.

I’m pretty sure that the Buffalo/Niagara airport is not in Canada. I fly to Buffalo rather than Toronto, because the tickets are several hundred dollars cheaper. Some days it takes hours to drive across the border.

On Labor Day Weekend, the local school district decided to extend the weekend, take Friday off, and blame it on the heat. The temperature that Friday was 87ºF.

A new global warming study claims that the earth was warming rapidly after 1960.
According to the study, the rate of global warming sped up again around 1960, a reflection of the sharp rise in carbon emissions from industrial activity in the booming post-war economy.
This is the exact opposite of observations from the 1960’s and early 1970’s.
