Passive microwave measurements are missing vast areas of ice, because an early winter storm broke the ice up into chunks which the satellites are unable to detect. Alarmists are going hysterical, based on garbage data.

NOAA is reporting 65 MPH  Yesterday, NOAA issued hurricane warnings for Florida.

This is of course reminiscent of Hurricane Andrew, which hit 20 years ago and had 175 MPH winds.

There are some areas in the Arctic Ocean which have less ice than 1981, and this proves that the Earth is doomed.
