An “Act Of Resistance”

New details of the al-Qaeda leader’s final moments revealed that Navy Seals shot at him while he was in the doorway of his bedroom. He subsequently retreated back inside, a move that was assessed to be an “act of resistance”. He was shot twice in the head and once in the chest.

The White House is saying that had he just let them kill him, then they wouldn’t have had to kill him.

Saudi Paper : Obama Did A Hit For Al Zawahiri

Osama Bin Laden’s deputy led U.S. troops to the Al Qaeda leader’s hideout so he could take over the terrorist group, it was claimed today.

Egyptian Ayman Al Zawahiri, who has been touted widely as the man who will succeed Bin Laden as the head of Al Qaeda, turned his back on his terrorist leader following a prolonged power struggle, according to a Saudi newspaper.

Obama : “one of the greatest military operations in our nation’s history”

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-13313422

Right. Just like D-Day.

They broke into a house, killed four unarmed men and women using high-tech weaponry in front of small children, flew off a few minutes later and dumped two of the bodies in the ocean.

So Obama imagines himself to be a great military commander. Ike must be turning in his grave.

My Favorite Movie

I have probably seen Gladiator two dozen times.

Commodus was a cowardly Emperor who avoided military service, but loved to take credit for the heroic feats of others. His father did not love him, so he was desperate for love and acceptance by the people. He learned that he could thrill the mob through staged violence and death in a public arena.

Any similarity to current leader(s) is purely coincidental.

Furry Mountain Critters Doomed

First we find out that Pikas are doomed from global warming. Now the Marmots are doomed from global cooling.

Heavy snowpack, late spring could take toll on marmots
BY SANDRA MCCULLOCH, TIMES COLONIST MAY 6, 2011
Hundreds of Vancouver Island marmots are awakening from their winter hibernation to find their burrows – and the grass that is their sustenance – covered by deep snow.

“There is a tremendous amount of snow,” said Viki Jackson, executive director of the Marmot Recovery Foundation.

Our alpine regions are suffering from too warm and too cold. Too much snow and too little snow. The climate misery never ends.

Once a year all the Marmots in Tabernash (Colorado) get together and sing. They call it the ______ _________ Choir.
