A few days ago NASA released this statement :

WASHINGTON — NASA will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 2, to discuss an astrobiology finding that will impact the search for evidence of extraterrestrial life. Astrobiology is the study of the origin, evolution, distribution and future of life in the universe.

Turns out there wasn’t much to it. They found some bacteria in Mono lake which can substitute Arsenic for Phosphorous.  It has nothing to do with extraterrestrial life.

Gavin has succeeded in making the press completely illiterate about the greenhouse effect.

The focus of most efforts worldwide to fight climate change is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. It is the most important greenhouse gas because it has been emitted in such vast volumes through the burning of fossil fuels.

But other greenhouse gases, such as methane, account for up to 40 per cent of the greenhouse gas effect, trapping the Sun’s heat on Earth.

The courts should immediately issue a restraining order against ENSO, solar cycles, Malinkovitch cycles, volcanoes, asteroids, forest fires, other oceanic cycles, and butterflies flapping their wings.

1. The weather is cold because it is cold. It has nothing to do with global warming or carbon dioxide.

2. It is time for climate science to extract its collective head from the nether regions – where it has been embedded for as long as anyone can remember.

They are obviously really worried about global warming and sea level rise and any other way to scam money out of stupid bankrupt western governments.
