We know that without greenhouse gases (of which CO2 is the most prevalent) in the atmosphere, the earth would be covered in ice. We know CO2 levels have been increasing with the start of the Industrial Revolution, along with average global temperatures. We know that combustion of fossil fuels releases CO2.
Correct, except for a fatal input error. Water vapour is more than 50X as abundant as CO2, and it absorbs a much broader range of frequencies. His argument then gets absurd because he lacks basic information.
Days are getting long in Antarctica, and the meteorological summer starts in just three weeks. The interior of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet (which is reported to be losing mass by top notch University of Texas researchers) is starting to feel the heat.
Temperatures this month have been averaging a balmy -57F, up almost 40 degrees since August. Sure sign of an imminent meltdown.

The interior of the ice sheet has seen a bit of warm up over the past week, with high temperatures forecast tomorrow up to a sweltering -22F (-30C.)
Later in the week, windchill is forecast to drop down to a more comfortable -103F.

It is worse than we thought ….

They tell us that it is the hottest year ever globally. They tell us that it is the hottest year ever in Greenland. They tell us that Greenland is melting down at unprecedented rates and that sea level rising faster than forecast.
But when we look at the data and the photos, there is nothing much happening.
Reader “serioussam” sent this graph over. If you accept the warmist theory that the cooling after 1945 was due to sulfate emissions, then you also have to accept the fact that the subsequent warming was boosted by removal of those same sulfates.
Without the sulfate cooling effect, the graph then shows constant warming since 1880 – despite the fact that very little CO2 was accumulating in the atmosphere prior to the 1940s
Apparently CO2 is not the cause of the warming. Thanks Sam!
