On Easter Sunday, I am reminded of the wondrous deeds of the left’s fallen savior. Fulfilling his prophecy of ten years ago.

His work was seen everywhere in Philadelphia last week.

Cherry trees are blooming later and later in Washington DC. Only Barack Obama himself knows when they will actually bloom this year, with two more snowstorms coming this week.

I came down to DC this weekend to photograph the imaginary cherry blossoms, which the Park Service originally said would reach peak bloom on March 17.  No luck there, so we climbed up Sugarloaf Mountain instead.

I think this might be Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi, but I’m not certain.

Meanwhile, Toto #2 eagerly anticipated the four more inches of global warming headed to Philadelphia tonight.

All month, climate experts have been telling the press that both poles have near record low amounts of sea ice, and that record hot temperatures are melting the ice.

In fact, the Antarctic sea ice edge is very close to the 1981-2010 median, and extent is 41% higher than the same date last year.

Arctic sea ice volume is rapidly increasing and much higher than the previous two years, and there has been a massive expansion of thick ice over the past decade.

Arctic sea ice extent is almost identical to all recent years.

And both poles are extremely cold.

As is normally the case with climate, scientists and the press are intentionally deceiving the public and are engaged in the biggest scam in history.

Cleveland could play a role in our nation’s thinking on environmental protection again.   That’s the hope of a leading climate scientist who spoke at the Cleveland City Club today.

Penn State Professor Michael Mann and his partners published in 1999 a now famous graph of global temperatures over the last one thousand years. The so-called hockey stick graph was a stark illustration that the earth was suddenly getting warmer.

He says that’s proved to a bad thing.  “Not unless you think unprecedented super-storms and floods and droughts and heat-waves are a good thing.  If you think that’s a good thing then I suppose climate change is a good thing.”

With temperatures of -30C and Arctic sea ice nearing its winter maximum, government climate scientists and their useful idiots in the press announce that Arctic sea ice is “near an all time low.”

In the actual Arctic, sea ice extent is increasing, more than double six months ago, and essentially identical to all recent years.

Arctic sea ice volume is increasing at what is possibly a record rate for March, and is up nearly 500% over six months ago.

The ice edge is very close to the 1981-2010 mean, everywhere except the Bering Sea where southerly winds last week pushed the ice edge back.

Most people with an IQ higher than a turnip understand that water freezes at temperatures of -30C, This apparently excludes climate scientists and journalists.

With the entire country of Canada locked in an Arctic deep freeze, one would think that Canadian journalists would be able to figure out that the Arctic is very cold and the ice is not melting.  But no indication of that to date.
