Drought In The Amazon

There have been a lot of Cancun press releases about drought in the Amazon Jungle.

Looks like they are in serious trouble, only expecting to get between five and twenty inches of rain during the next two weeks.

before modern ‘climate science’ turned the world on it’s head it was generally understood that the wet tropical zone expanded when the climate was warmer and shrank when the climate got colder.

but i guess this is consistent with CAGW causes more rain and less rain.

  6. The Amazon is always a focus in environmentalism. There is even the Hollywood political fantasy movie, “The Emerald Forest”. The Amazon is an easy target since people know nothing about it. If you ask most people what Country the Amazon is in they wouldn’t know, some wouldn’t even know the continent. So environmentalists, politicians, and movie stars can make up any emergency about the Amazon they want and will never be called on the carpet about its validity. And if facts are presented to them showing they are wrong they will say you are repeating industry and big oil propaganda.
