I guarantee it is cold here in southern Arizona – it is running 10 degrees F below “normal” (whatever that is…); but I can say as a long-time resident it is quite cold this year. Neighbors of mine have canvas tarps over their favorite plants. The citrus groves just south of me in Chandler are anticipating below freezing tonight and this week.
