Solar UV Has Increased 50% Over The Last 400 Years

We all know that the Sun has little or nothing to do with the Earth’s CO2 driven climate, but it is still interesting that new peer-reviewed research indicates the Sun is sending more radiation towards the earth than it was during the LIA. Perhaps human generated CO2 is influencing the behaviour of the Sun?

  1. Brian G Valentine says:

Absolute increases in UV were not normalized when data were gathered to provide a basis for regulating CFC. This study is more comprehensive than previous investigations, but is by no means news.

  2. Mike Davis says:

It is also a fluff piece of guess work! They are still attempting to extract one special cause for what is happening when it is more complicated than that. It will require better monitoring equipment and a much longer period of monitoring!

The missing feedback loop that makes it all positive!
