Hansen forecast a strong El Nino for this summer. Fortunately for us, there are some competent scientists out there too.
I believe the odds for a two-year event remain well above 50%, notwithstanding the possibility of temporary weakening during boreal summer.

I think there’s way too much cold in the pipe line….
It was warm water from El Nino moving up before, you could watch it move up to the Arctic…
Now it’s going to be much colder water moving down and a lot of it for a long time……
