This reminds me of the leftists love of padding each others’ resumes with sparkly shiny awards. Then when their authority rightly is questioned, they point to those same awards for groupthink, and crow. It is circular, incestuous, leftist self gratification and adulation.
Gosh then that mean there was climate change back in the 1930’s after all.
With the decade of the 1930’s still to this day the hottest on record.
This reminds me of a certain individual who cited the authority of the IPCC in support of his AGW claim while neglecting to mention that he was the lead author of that section of the IPCC report… In effect, he was citing the authority of himself.
