DOHA (Reuters) – Evidence that global warming is man-made is getting stronger, the head of a U.N. panel of climate scientists said, in a further blow to skeptics who argue rising temperatures can be explained by natural variations.
Rajendra Pachauri spoke on the sidelines of a conference in Qatar where 200 nations are trying to reach a deal to cut emissions of greenhouse gases to avert floods, droughts, heat waves and mounting sea levels.

He got everything right, except that temperatures haven’t risen for 16 years, sea level rise rates have been constant for more than a century, and that there is no correlation in the historical record between weather disasters and CO2.

It would be best to take swift & decisive action on this looming Ghost Problem. There is no time to delay. The danger is extreme & even the tiniest actions are causing massive increases in ghosts. & even if it turns out we were wrong, it’s still better to have done something than nothing. I propose a 25% tax on Plymouth Furys.
You missed another skeptic’s observation. That noises in the kitchen may actually be a lizard scampering across a window in pursuit of an insect.
