    There is real danger that permanent Colorado drought could turn into droughflood with good spring rains, but according to Dr. Hayhoe and leading NOAA climate experts, there is not any chance at all that the permanent drought will ever end. That is because they only average 10-15″ of rain a year.

      The NOAA “Climate Experts”, Katherine or the State of Colorado? Of course average really means very little because of the variable nature of precipitation events.
      Are those leading “Experts” the one that are clucking the most from their hen house?
