In other words, Obama needed to distract attention away from his own terrorism, so he made a speech designed to confuse the morons in the press corpse. He pulled his usual trick of blaming his own behavior on some unknown third party.
I think this is Obama prepping the people involved in Benghazi and IRS scandals for when they get subpoenaed for testimony.

Obama is soft on terror, but drone strikes are too hard on terrorists. Seems a bit inconsistent.

too hard on innocent civilians. He has killed more innocents than Adam Lanza, and yes, he and Bush both made calls to target the bystanders in order to get the target.
He cries for the children in Sandy Hook, but not for the families of the lives he has taken.
As hard as he is on innocents, he refuses to call Nidal Malik Hassan a terrorist, which is a good indication he is soft on terrorists. He refused to associate Benghazi to terrorists in front of the United Nations, which is a good indication he just wanted to save his political future.
