Sea surface temperatures have declined during the 21st century, but the deep ocean has warmed.
Through a mysterious tele-connection which is not completely understood at the Trenberth/Cayce Institute, the warm deep ocean water communicates with the atmosphere, and tells the climate to change in ways which hurt women, minorities, transsexuals, gender confused individuals and poor people in other countries.
