All the signs are we are moving into a cooling cycle and natural variability (probably because of the sun) is higher than the IPCC have been willing to admit.
Sure I’ll admit that CO2 probably affects the weather, but the effect is small.
If global temperatures are flatlining despite the Arctic warming so much. that means the rest of the planet is cooling.
In terms of kinetic energy, the Arctic warming is insignificant. We should be much more worried about the cooling.

97% of arctic temperatures are warming. Odd that it’s only the 97% of the arctic that isn’t within 50 miles of a thermometer.
It’s been cold here, but the lack of moisture in the air (probably caused by all that excessive heat at the poles) sure has made it dry. I guess they were right when they said that they correctly predicted more snow as a result of global warming.

Maybe you mean a life of screaming about man-made climate disasters, with no evidence to back it up? “Life’s work” sounds too much like he did something worthwhile.
