Reality keeps bring new challenges to the PR artists.
A warm California is causing freezing in Green Bay?
Packers by 7, even without Rodgers.
The MSM are not “on message”! Reality bites?

“Missing heat” has holiday in Australian outback. Of course, the fact that it is summer has nothing with it. / sarc off.
I was in Winton, central Queensland in December 1979. It hit 47 degrees in the shade and there was no aircon. Nothing new with this weather and it has nothing to do with CO2.

Record of Heatwaves in Queensland over past century show nothing unusual with this weeks weather. (Page 7, table 2.4)

It’s time for cricket in Australia. The Poms are down 4 – nil and the 20/20 cricket is producing some spectacular action. And it’s a lovely summer down here despite what the dopes at the BOM are announcing. C’mon Aussie!

Latest BOM technology to track temperatures across the whole continent. Only alarmists would call it a Heatwave Tracker.

Rodgers is back
Damn. As a Packers fan, I was hoping the weather for the game was going to be COLD. Where’s the -48 wind chill?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1967_NFL_Championship_Game
I remember back when gridiron first started getting regular coverage on UK television. Partly due to family connections in Ca, I started supporting the 49ers team led by the great Joe Montana. One year, the 49ers played a post season match(conference final?) at Soldier Field against a then decent Bears team in wind chill of -40’s. Everyone expected home field advantage to seal it, but the 49ers won and went on to win the superbowl.
weather.com forecasting high of 0 Sunday, with moderate wind. I don’t think weather will affect the game.
Rogers is back, but SF is a top tier team. I say 49ers by 7.
“Prediction is very difficult, especially if it’s about the future.”
The really cold air should arrive just about game time. Might be -10F by the fourth quarter,
As Anything is Possible pointed out, it’s warmer now than in the late 1960s.
CAGW is true. QED.
How cold is it?
Cold enough that the Green Bay Packers had a little trouble selling out a home playoff game!
