Yes, like 2009-10 when much of Maryland got 60-100″ of snow, or last winter, when much of Maryland had 40-70″ of snow, when normal is 15-30″ But just like global warming can cause little snow, it can also cause a lot of snow or anything else in between.

The new explanation they have out there is that we are seeing natural variation COMBINED with human caused climate change. This will be their new game. It would be colder if it weren’t so warm, so temps are flat. Look for more of that nonsense to buy them several more years.

That is 4 degrees C above the so called horrifying 2 C increase we must spend trillions to avoid. Thousands of migrants come here from cold countries and stay permanently.
If Brisbane were to become hotter in is unlikely to be any worse than places like Cairns which most residents seem to survive and I have enjoyed living in.
2 degrees C is not likely unless there is significant change in global cloudiness anyway as I think albedo is far more significant than any mythical radiative forcing.
We just went through 3 years of increased rainfall and increased cloud cover which reduced temperatures – not increased temperatures due to all that radiation trapping that supposedly occurs – and now it has become a bit drier again it is slightly warmer due to more sunshine as a result of decreased cloud cover.
Who can forget that in 2000 it was prophesied that in just a few years “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is” !!!
The real message to take home is that alarmist climate scientists just aren’t going to know how to save face !

I did note that and wonder, what has been the history of the floor depth. Did the floor erode and wash out? there has been no sea level rise of the Atlantic.
