Governments Hope To Slow Non-Existent Warming

How energy reforms will make it easier to slow global warming

December 10 at 8:00 AM

This month marks the opening of a year-long marathon of meetings focused on slowing global warming.  The starting gun sounded with the summit that just began in Lima; late next year, the finish line appears when governments are expected to adopt new climate accords in Paris.

The hard truth in all this is that governments have been doing a terrible job with global warming.  The last successful climate marathon was run in 1997 when governments adopted the Kyoto Protocol; since then, emissions of the gases that cause warming have risen by one-third.

How energy reforms will make it easier to slow global warming – The Washington Post

There has been no warming since Kyoto in 1997. Our government and journalists are complete morons.

    You don’t understand!

Our leaders are actually polar bears in disguise. They are in this nefarious plot to bring back the Ice Ages. Since our Interglacial is now at its ‘end date’ they know it takes a small push to bring on another lovely Ice Age! See? Simple.

The world wide mess will someday be a shining example of the extremely ideological nature of humanity.
The sad part is we will have to survive many tragic outcomes.
    1) Good and valid science will not be believed.
    2) Many events which could be avoided will receive no attention because the events will be attributed to climate change ex. water depletion due to usage. (In many parts of the world) Obama indicates he will veto a California storage bill?!! Why?
    3) Many people will needlessly suffer. Many will die.
    4) Money and other goods will be flushed down the drain and be absorbed by scoundrels, leaving their carbon footprint as they fly to various exotic places in the world.
    5) I am sure many readers can add to this list——————————

Here is one that breaks my heart….

      BASTARD BANKS
      …and politicians

….The second photograph on this page is of Charlie Phillott, now 87, an elderly farmer from the ruggedly beautiful Carisbrooke Station at Winton. He has owned his station since 1960, nurtured it and loved it like a part of his own flesh. He is a grand old gentleman, one of the much loved and honoured fathers of his community.

Not so long ago, the ANZ bank came and drove him off his beloved station because the drought had devalued his land and they told him he was considered an unviable risk. Yet Charlie Phillott has never once missed a single mortgage payment.

Today this dignified Grand Old Man of the West is living like some hunted down refugee in Winton, shocked and humiliated and penniless. And most of all, Charlie Phillott is ashamed, because as a member of the Great Generation – those fine and decent and ethical men and women who built this country – he believes that what happened to him was somehow his own fault. And the ANZ Bank certainly wanted to make sure they made him feel like that….

not one single newspaper or politician in this land has exposed the fact that the worst form of terrorism that is happening right now is going on inside the very heartland of our own nation as banks and foreign mining companies are deliberately and cruelly forcing our own Australian farmers off the land.

What we saw in the main hall of the Winton Shire Council on Friday simply defied all description: a room filled with hundreds of broken and battered refuges from our own country…..

The suicide rate has now reached such epic proportions right across the inland: not just the farmer who takes the walk “ up the paddock” and does away with himself but also their children and their wives. Once again, it has barely been covered by the media,….

So the headlines in Australia scream about non existent Gore Bull Warbling and completely ignore the REAL NEWS.

But, But what about that manual entered, adjusted GISS from that man behind the curtain says it is right and we are all doomed.
I prefer satellite data that has been balloon tested for accuracy. I can not seem to find any balloon test data on the GISS except for long time ago one and they don’t match the GISS today.

  4. At last they show some sense – pick a target that needs nothing to achieve it and then claim all your “hard work” is what done it.

“…emissions of the gases that cause global warming have risen by one-third.”
“gases”: water vapor? Co2? What exactly are these gases?
“Gases [CAUSE] global warming”: that’s it, then? Nothing else causes global warming (or cooling)?
“Have risen by one third”: from trace-trace to trace. So what?

“How energy reforms will make it easier to slow global warming.”

The much ballyhooed “Clean Power Plan” by the EPA is expected to slow global warming by 0.02C by 2030. Those reforms are really doing the trick, aren’t they?

Hey since there is no warming and really there is a cooling all they have to do is keep talking and we’ll get what they want!
