   I never assume. A very long life has taught me it’s usually hatred, greed, corruption, ignorance and a religious like view of mankind and the Universe that leads people to do evil. True evil.

   Most high up people just believe what they are told by people working for them, which makes it ignorance. YMMV

     As Ayn Rand said the hatred of the good for being good. She was correct Today, we live in the Age of Envy.

     They rather tear everything down and make EVERYONE miserable than get off their ass and actually work for a living. Unfortunately that mindset is contagious.

     There is a level and type of ignorance which is functionally indistinguishable from evil. I have no training as a medical doctor; I am essentially “ignorant” in the field. If I set myself up as a doctor, and claim to be proficient in medicine, I will likely leave a trail of dead and injured patients. Will the damage be from ignorance, or from evil? Can the two even be separated once deceit and misrepresentation enters the picture?

       When you are killing people and you KNOW you are killing people but you continue to do so because the pay is good, I consider it EVIL.

       Our political leaders are EVIL (and traitors) especially the likes of Al Gore, Bill Clinton and Tim Wirth.

       Gore fired Dr Happer because he would not get with the program. Bill Clinton and Al Gore agreed to make countries ‘Interdependent’ To do this they intentionally stripped the USA of her assets and gave them to China and other countries because the UN master planners decided the USA would no longer be the manufacturing center of the world. China and India would have that honor. Farming was also targeted with the Food Safety Modernization act. This comes from the Ag Journal, Billings, Montana

       I really wish I had saved a copy of that old article that detailed how the world was to be divided up. IIRC the USA was to be a ‘training and innovation center’ This is why the Academics are quite happy to jump on the bandwagon.

       I went hunting and found this instead. It is a wonderful history of the pursuit of World Government.

       …By November 9, 1989, when the Berlin Wall collapsed, it became clear to the world that events had out-run Gorbachev’s intentions. The Soviet Union, along with 70 years of utopian-communist dreams, collapsed as thoroughly as did the wall. The vacuum thus created in the global political balance was seen as an invitation to usher in a new, permanent balancing force — global governance.

       The role and capacity of NGOs was greatly enhanced in the mid 1980s when Donald Ross of the Rockefeller Family Fund — the same Rockefeller money pot that launched the Council on Foreign Relations — invited the leaders of five other Foundations to meet informally in Washington. From that meeting grew the Environmental Grantmakers Association, a nearly invisible group of more than 100 major Foundations and corporations. They meet annually to discuss projects and grant proposals and decide which NGOs will be funded.64

       Having gained a measure of national prominence in his failed bid for the White House in 1988, then Senator Al Gore, as chair of the Senate Science and Technology Committee, assumed the responsibility of advancing the global environmental agenda in America. It was Gore, and then-Senator Timothy Wirth, who arranged special “prayer breakfasts” with selected congressmen for James Parks Morton, Dean of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, to promote the National Religious Partnership for the Environment.65

       It was Gore who led the Senate to approve the Montreal Protocol which banned refrigerants. It was Gore who brought James E. Hansen, head of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies, to the Senate chambers to testify that he was “99% certain that greenhouse warming had begun.”66

       The decade of the 1980s was a pivotal period for the advocates of global governance. The MacBride Commission had established the principle of information management as a legitimate responsibility of the United Nations, though only partially implemented through participating NGOs IGC/APC. The Brandt Commission had linked development with peace, and the Palme Commission had linked development with peace and disarmament as a way to shift military power to the UN and money to the third world. The Brundtland Commission linked development to the environment and introduced the concept of “sustainability.”

       The NGOs, coordinated by the IUCN/WWF/WRI triumvirate, and funded by the Rockefeller-coordinated Environmental Grantmakers Association, launched a world-wide campaign to convince the world that the planet stood at the brink of environmental disaster. It could be averted only by a massive transformation of human societies which would require all people to accept their spiritual and moral responsibility to embrace their common global heritage and conform to a system of international law that integrates environmental, economic, and equity issues under the watchful, regulatory authority of a new system of global governance.

       The UNCED and Agenda 21 covered an extremely wide range of issues that affect virtually every person on the planet. The purpose for the array of policy recommendations put forth for public consumption is, ostensibly, to protect the planet from inevitable destruction at the hands of greedy, uncaring, or unaware humans.

       At the core, however, the policies recommended are socialist policies, built on the assumption that government is sovereign and must manage the affairs of its citizens. Nothing in Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration, or the PCS recommendations even acknowledges the idea that humans are born free, and are sovereign over the governments they create.

       Nothing acknowledges the idea that government’s first responsibility is to protect the inherent freedom of its citizens, particularly, the freedom to own and use property. To the contrary, everything about the UNCED documents aims to limit human freedom and to restrict the use of private property until it can be placed in the public domain. [From part III]

     According to Deborah Kurtz, the physical science program manager for Kenai Fjords National Park where Obama hiked Tuesday, the Exit Glacier, which flows from the Harding Icefield has retreated 800 feet since 2008, 187 in 2014 alone.
     “Climate is the primary driver of ice loss,” she said, adding that Harding Icefield is 10% smaller than it was in 1950. She called what has been seen in recent years an “unprecedented rate of warming.”

     Unlike many glacial terrains where cooling trends reduce summer melting, bringing on glacial advances, the Kenai Fjords glaciers move forward when warmer weather brings moisture-laden storms to the coast. Air is rapidly forced over the abrupt mountains and drops copious snowfall onto the Harding Icefield.

     So if there is less ice, it mean it was colders, warmer would have meant more snow, so Resident Obama has now confirmed it is getting cooler?

     Changes in magnetic susceptibility (MS), organic-matter content (OM), and biogenic silica (BSi), record environmental changes since ~9500 BP. Goat Lake is situated ~450 m north of a drainage divide at ~70 m above lake level that separates the lake basin from the Harding Icefield (HIF) outlet glacier. Sediment analyses focused on the last 1000 yr; this interval includes a sharp transition from gyttja to overlying inorganic mud at ~1660 AD, which marks the first time since the Pleistocene deglaciation that the North Goat Outlet Glacier (NGO) of the HIF overtopped the drainage divide to spill meltwater into Goat Lake. One 14C age of ~1470 AD from a subfossil log buried by till in the NGO valley requires ~145 yr for the outlet glacier to have thickened 150 m to the elevation of the drainage divide where it remained until ~1890 AD. Since ~1890, the NGO has thinned 150 m and retreated 1.4 km, back to where it was in 1470 AD.

     Manhattan Construction Attorney: Tappan Zee Bridge Could Fall At Any Moment

     “Manhattan construction attorney Barry Lepatner said …within the United States itself, there are nearly 8,000 bridges which I have identified … as bridges that could fall on a moment’s notice”….

     According to the New York State Thruway Authority, the bridge is in no immediate danger of falling down.

     “I think they know better, but for public purposes, they seem to alway say that,” Lepatner said. “A bridge that is structurally deficient, which means there has been no maintenance dollars going in. That allowed it to become as dangerous as it is. And a bridge that is built as fracture-critical, which means there’s no redundancy and if on critical piece falls, the whole bridge goes straight down, is a danger to the travelling public.”

     Lepatner said that was what happened to the I-35 bridge in Minneapolis in 2007, killing 13, and the Mianus River Bridge in Connecticut in 1983, killing three.

     “This is not an isolated situation and it’s not something to be minimized by public officials,” he said….

     Don’t call what happened to New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina “a natural disaster” … “This system was not only crappy; after four and a half decades, it wasn’t even done!”

Notably, Louisiana State University hurricane expert Ivor van Heerden, who led a state-authorized team of investigators in an assessment of the levee system, was fired by the LSU chancellor for speaking publicly about the Corps’ malfeasance. And Army Corps of Engineers employee Maria Garzino was punished by her superiors (even as the federal Office of Special Counsel named her Public Servant of the Year) for refusing to give her seal of approval to a faulty pumping system being built by a Corps contractor….

   The president did engage in a bit of politics on Tuesday. Talking about his decision to accelerate delivery of a new icebreaker, Obama mentioned that Sens. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) and Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) had “championed” the need for the ship. “The icebreakers are examples of something that we need to get online now. They can’t wait,” he said.

   Ah! A little bit of politics is mixed in. We were wondering if there would be any.

   Now, wait, we found a still better signpost in the nation’s premier newspaper’s report:

   Before heading to Seward, the president also stopped by the Snow City Cafe in Anchorage, owned by that city’s mayor and Democrat Ethan Berkowitz. There he greeted enthusiastic customers. Obama did not order the “obamalettes” or “barackoli” on the menu but asked for the cinnamon rolls and walnut bread instead.

   Good. These are nourishing after all the excitement at the glacier.

   But wait! If you read on, there comes the ultimate signpost:

   In Seward before his boat tour, Obama stopped at Sweet Darlings gelato and candy shop. There he shook hands with Dan (blood orange gelato) and Luann (peanut butter gelato) Gross from upstate New York. “We had no clue” the president was going to be at the shop, Dan Gross said, noting that they were just visiting the region.

   “I’m impressed,” Gross said, “And I’m a Republican.”

   That’s it, right there. Even mean, hard-nosed, and hard to impress Republicans from upstate New York were overwhelmed by the President’s brilliance. The nation is in good hands and safe.

     Once again, President Obama has shown his greatness. The first sitting President to visit the Alaskan wilderness? He makes history over and over with firsts. And every time he succeeds in raising the level of consciousness of the World, even when so many forces act against him to reveal the undeniable truth. His wisdom is amazing.

     The Fossil Fuel Industrial complex must, MUST change directions if it wants to avoid collapse. It cannot buy the Government, and continue as usual. We have entered the Solar and Wind Age, my friends. A massive shift of energy is taking place -physical energy and conscious energy. Cars that run on air are now $10,000. Every oil rig and refinery must close. They do much more harm to the Planet than good, and “the good of many outweighs the needs of a few.” If the Koch Brothers were smart instead of evil, they would seize the monopoly on manufacturing solar panels and wind turbines, paper made out of hemp and other sustainable crops, and sugar made from agave cactuses. Somebody please let me know if they start buying up land in the Southwest.
