The District of Columbia had a law making it illegal to have any type of functional firearm in your possession. Residents could not own any handgun, and could only have a rifle or shotgun if it was at home and disassembled or locked up. This law was a dream come true for rapists, murderers and burglars.
Heller vs. DC struck down the law, and Hillary opposes it.
