Oh man I would love to be there right now! … I am freezing my ass off in Nashville, Tennessee. When I moved here, I thought I was moving to the “south”, for warmth. Boy was I ignorant. We are little warmer than North Dakota where we came from. The “south” my ass.

When are we going to get “global warming”??? .. they keep promising me Global Warming! .. but after more than 30 years of waiting, I still don’t see any!!!

I am getting ready to sue them for the “global warming” they promised me!

And the beat goes one from one failed prediction/projection to another. No wonder the majority of the people don’t believe their BS doomsday crap. The IPCC and various government agencies of the US and Europe, and most of academia have about as much credibility on climate as the guy on the corner with a bill board reading “Repent! The End Is Near”.

  3. Gator says:

Post modern climatologists and their useful idiots no longer remember how science works. Before climate became a religion, climate scientists would put forward hypotheses, predictions based upon these hypotheses were then made, and the hypothesis whose predictions came to pass was eventually accepted by virtually everyone as the likely answer. That hypothesis could then become theory and remain so until, and if, it was later falsified. The CAGW hypothesis has been rapidly sinking for decades and predictions failing monthly, but instead of abandoning ship, the crew refuses to leave and just keeps bailing. It is no wonder that the public isn’t buying it. Nobody wants to board a sinking ship, no matter how efficient and enthusiastic the bailing, and they certainly are not going to willingly pay first class rates.

At least three did not make it. They are stuck in the sea level rise.

Given the global cooling warming ozone hole layer pollie bear changes going on I thought that was a recent photo of the Scottish coast; or at least a model.

The only thing sinking in the Maldives is its politics…

So Mohamed Nasheed won the first democratic election in 2008 over Mahmoon Gayoom (who had ruled for decades) and promptly went for the underwater cabinet meeting, climate change cash.

He was tossed by Abdullah Yameen who reversed course and sided with the Chinese cash, becoming part of the Belt and Road, building billions in airports all about 2m above sea level. Yameen arrested Nasheed who went into exile. The supreme court I recall ruled again Yameen and now Yameen has lost to Ibrahim Solih (who is a friend of Nasheed).

Whew…Now the Solih-Nasheed crew is apparently prosecuting Yameen (who no doubt has some of the Chinese cash lying about).

With Nasheed’s party and friend back in power look for more underwater cabinet meetings and Climate Change destroying the Maldives stories (which will only have a few years to avoid a tipping point before FINALLY submerging forever)…until the Chinese (who build their own islands) take over looking for someone to pay back on their loans.
