They keep using that excuse and it boggles the mind why they use it. It’s admitting that in X years, they will be found to be wrong today. But they don’t make that connection. They don’t realize that when they’re always wrong, no one takes them seriously. And 100% of models are wrong. Oh, but those are old models. They need to be adjusted for what we know today. Yeah, and they’ll be wrong in 10 years and also in 100 years.
The people in Boston could probably justify lynching someone, for making such a ridiculous and cruel statement! Perhaps there is a climate alarmist, or two, buried under all that AGW-snow!
Most people in Boston are marxist/communist and therefore too blind to see the irony of the no snow predictions and getting storm after storm last year and this.
Shortly after getting married and moving my new family into quarters at Ft. Devens Oct 1983 I subscribed to the Boston Globe. After receiving the first weeks issues I called and canceled my subscription. I just could not believe what I was reading in that rag.
The longer I was at Devens and interacted with the people in the area the more I came to think exactly as you have said Gail.
Four of us on my team were tasked with presenting the Colors at the old Gardens for a Bruins game. Marching on Ice in jump boots in front of 1,000s of people. We were mocked from the crowd by a few people as we did it. I will say though that our host put us up in a box and treated us well and the game was excellent. When departing down the little elevator after the game with M-14 in hand a mother grasped her child close to her as if I was going to kill them both. Funny thing was the M-14 wasn’t loaded of course but in a shoulder holster under my class A uniform jacket I had my issue M1911A1 and it was locked & loaded with a full clip. We carried loaded pistols in such situations as a precaution because the M-14s were not the chromed dummies one sometimes sees being used by drill teams but were fully functional weapons with full automatic capability.
It sounds more like the traits of morons than Marxists and Communists but then again, the groups overlap.
Unfortunately the Marxists are much more dangerous. As one said to my husband ‘Once we take over we will kill people like you.” The guy was serious. He would be happy to see purges like were seen in the USSR and Communist China happen here in the USA.
I met such people. It doesn’t matter if as individuals they are not psychopathic killers like Che Guevara. Marxism doesn’t give them a choice and Party discipline overrides their freedom. For Marxists, History is the only judge of their actions and the Party is the Vicar of History. They are very serious about their historical role on Earth.

Mean while my brother in law is grinning ear to ear as he pays off his ‘new’ used truck and snow plow. He is just north of Boston. It has snowed four days in the last week and there is three more days of snow in the forecast.

I have seen quite a few trailers with snowmobiles being towed out east this winter. Oh and BTW I will be passing by an Arctic Cat factory along US 30 in Ohio on my way back up to MA later this morning.

Not unusual for $500 for a house. Dangerous and hard work, but if not cleared a roof could collapse.
I am about twelve miles north of Boston and we have 42″ of snow in the yard, with another foot expected by tomorrow. It is currently 12 F.
The commies will say the extreme snow was predicted now that their climate models have been refined.
No need. As soon as people forget the details, they will adjust the snowfall record to show that it was 68 in Boston this week
It would seem that the only good a warmer-mystic’ degree is good for is helping make a fire to keep warm.
I have nearly 4 feet of snow here on my mountain. My snow plow piles are now over the roof of the jeep. I am running out of room.
And the HIGH this week will be barely zero degrees F. This is effing insane. Believe it or not, the believers in global warming still cling to their ideology even as Mother Nature slaps them silly. I think another three years of extreme winters and late springs will cure them of this mental illness.
Or they just might die. Actually, I am betting they will flee to California and then whine about the warmth there.

Remember all the gibberish about the dying ski industry in the Northeast? There is plenty of snow for skiing, right in downtown Boston at sea level!
It’s sad, but I know someone who advised his son, who was a first class skier, to not take up a degree that would lead him to work in the ski industry because of global warming.
