It would seem logical to believe that the same amount of incoming solar radiation would be reflected away from the Earth as reflected back to the Earth, but that wouldn’t get grant money from the governments of the world.

Glass in a green house DOES NOT trap radiant heat. The so-called “green house” effect is a myth that was disproved by reliable science more than a century ago.
