That was also the year when Briffa’s trees were cooling and Mann truncated the proxy record because it didn’t show the warming he wanted it to show. Instead, Mann switched to Hansen’s fake temperature record, which showed a non-existent warming trend after 1960.

The real Mannian tipping point was Feb 5, 1943 – when he was dropped on his head at birth.
Piltdown Mann truncated his proxies and extended it to 1980 with redundant data, and then grafted data after 1980 with measurements he took in his oven (don’t worry. His oven is the official weather station of Penn State).
So basically, Mike the Pilt used the 1960 datum point reduntantly until 1980 when all along he had the real data? This scumbag should be thrown in jail.
