Conway, Arkansas (near Little Rock) used to have their first 90 degree day in early May. Over the past century, that date has been getting pushed back, and now they typically won’t see a 90 degree day until early June.

You won’t hear this from government climate scientists, because they are paid to lie about the climate.

Over the past century, the percent of the US affected by hot weather on June 7 has declined. The five hottest June 11ths were 1933, 2011, 1952, 1963 and 1988.

On June 7, 1933 almost the entire eastern half of the US was over 90 degrees, and much was over 100 degrees. Pipestone, Minnesota was 106 degrees. The Chicago area was over 100 degrees, with Hobart at 102 degrees. Today’s forecast at Hobart is 70 degrees.

According to government climate experts, 2016 was the hottest year ever – but there was very little heat last year on June 7.

For the entire year, the frequency of very hot days has declined almost 50% over the last century, with 2016 being one of the least hot summers on record in the US.

Heidi Cullen’s band of criminals at Climate Central claim that summers in the US are getting much hotter. For example, they claim that by the year 2100, Minneapolis will see a 12 degree rise in summer maximum temperatures.

Actual data shows that Minneapolis summers are getting cooler, with the frequency of 90 degree days down 75% since the 1930’s.

The lies and fraud behind the global warming scam are quite breathtaking. Climate alarmists ignore all data, and simply lie to the press – who in turn refuse to talk to anyone who isn’t lying.

Scientists claim that Arctic sea ice is experiencing a record decline.

Data from NSIDC shows that the Arctic is actually experiencing a record low decline in sea ice, since the peak on March 3.

They also show that Arctic sea ice extent is normal, far above last year, and about the same as 2006 – the year with the highest minimum extent of the past decade.

In March 2017, when Arctic sea ice is typically at its maximum winter extent, circling US satellites recorded an extent of just 5.57 million square miles – the lowest maximum in the record’s 38-year history, breaking the previous record set two years earlier and falling nearly half a million square miles below the 1981-2010 long-term average.

That Arctic sea ice has been seriously declining since around 2005 is a well-known fact, thanks to a series of US Department of Defense satellites that have continuously recorded the region with passive microwave instrumentation since 1979. These satellites have provided scientists, citizens and government with a thorough record of the changing Arctic – informing climate research and policymaking, mid-latitude weather predictions and geopolitical analyses useful to international shipping and natural gas exploration companies as the Arctic melts and opens up for exploitation.

In fact, there has been no change in Arctic sea ice extent over the past decade.
