Let me be clear. My own reading of the literature and study of paleoclimate suggests strongly that carbon dioxide from burning of fossil fuels will prove to be the greatest pollutant of human history. It is likely to have severe and detrimental effects on global climate. I would love to believe that the results of Mann et al. are correct, and that the last few years have been the warmest in a millennium.

California and the west have had numerous multi-century droughts, but experts say the recent blip was man-made and permanent. Fake news.

It is unlikely that the 75 year drought in the 13th century which drove the Anasazi out could have been prevented by a carbon tax or building a $70 billion bullet train to nowhere.

I love prairie dogs. In 2011 the University of Colorado got $850,000 to study the impact of climate change on Boulder Prairie Dogs.

Never mind that the climate isn’t actually changing in Boulder, and they have nothing to study. After all, what is $850,000 of taxpayer money when you have a good scam going? Better than sending billions to Iran to build nuclear weapons.

There are encouraging signs in Washington DC that President Trump and the Congress are making serious strides to end the Gore/Obama climate scam.

In 1995, 2,500 of the world’s top climate experts announced that east coast beaches were doomed by the year 2020, due to sea level rise.

At the most likely rate of rise, some experts say, most of the beaches on the East Coast of the United States would be gone in 25 years.

East coast beaches are sinking due to post-glacial rebound, and the rate hasn’t changed. It isn’t clear how an increase of 0.0001 mole fraction CO2 over the past century would affect geologic processes in the mantle.

As always, climate scientists had/have no clue what they were talking about. But with each new failure, their certainty increases. Now at 99%.

On February 25, 1930 the DC area was around 85 degrees. New York City reached 75 degrees, and Rio Grande City, Texas reached 95 degrees. Temperatures in Chicago suburbs reached 67 degrees. Detroit was 66 and Boston was 64.  CO2 was 305 PPM.

The only other time New York City got that warm was in February, 1985, when CO2 was below 350 PPM. There is no indication that peak February temperatures are increasing in New York, and no correlation between warm days and CO2 levels.

The future of the US depends on keeping superstitious climate morons out of government.

Arctic sea ice extent is nearly identical to ten years ago.

There has been no trend in Arctic sea ice over the past ten years. Some years have a little more ice, other years have a little less – but extent is not changing.

One thing has changed however. There is a lot more multi-year ice than there was ten years ago. The ice is getting thicker and older.

Nothing is happening in the Arctic. Everything the government and MSM say about climate is fake news.
