A few months ago, the New York Times announced the California permanent drought.

As always, they had no idea what they were talking about.

Sometime in the next few hours or minutes, climate alarmists will start blaming the California flooding on “climate change.” As always, they are lying.

One hundred fifty-five years ago, the eastern US was preoccupied with the Civil War. But in California they had massive flood which bankrupted the state and forced the capital to be moved for a long period of time out of Sacramento. The weather pattern was almost identical to what California is experiencing now.

California is facing something similar now, which will be blamed on global warming and disappearing ice. In 1963, scientists had unanimous consensus for global cooling and increasing Arctic ice.

Government climate experts say they know Earth’s temperature to within 0.01 degrees, and the science is settled. They also say that unless we give them lots of money and send them to conferences in Cancun, a great flood, hell fire, famine and pestilence will come.

The 1990 IPCC report (authored by the world’s leading experts) showed Earth generally cooling for the last 7,000 years, with a tiny upwards wiggle from 1880 to 1940.

This wrecked global warming theory, so Michael Mann fixed it a few years later by creating a completely stable climate followed by a sudden upwards spike at the year 1905. Something very dramatic must have happened to the Earth in 1905, to take Earth’s climate out of the thousand year long hockey stick handle!

Katherine Hayhoe extended the concept further, showing that we were all going to boil to death in short order.

This was disappointing, because 20 days earlier Barack Obama had healed the planet – after defeating Hillary in many of the 54 state primaries he competed in.

So what happened in 1905 to cause the Michael Mann sudden and irreversible spike in temperatures? Apparently it was the increase from 297.2 PPM to 297.6 PPM, which sent the planet over the edge.

Nearly a century after passing the tipping point, the UN granted us a reprieve and gave us until the year 2000 to save the planet (eight years before Obama healed the planet.)

But at the exact year the UN said we were doomed, Michael Mann said the planet stopped warming. Perhaps CO2 dropped back below the 297.6 PPM tipping point?

Sadly though, experts now say Michael Mann was wrong, there never was a hiatus, and Barack Obama did not heal the planet.

What we can conclude from this is that climate scientists and politicians are completely incompetent and dishonest, make very bold statements, contradict themselves all the time, and have absolutely no clue what they are talking about.

Tamino believes that snow in the deep south and Hawaii (i.e. high snow extent) is caused by an overheated atmosphere. His theory is that it normally isn’t humid enough in Alabama to snow. But it isn’t nice to make fun of the mentally handicapped.
