Growth Rates Of Atmospheric CO2 Has Increased To Record Levels Under Obama

Obama Climate Deal To Triple CO2 Emissions By 2030
It is pretty entertaining watching a total moron making deals about things he has no control over, and I’m sure the Chinese feel the same way I do.
Obama’s “climate” deal allows Chinese CO2 emissions to continue growing in a hockey stick for the next 15 years.
I extrapolated Chinese emissions out to 2030 below. Looks like about a tripling of CO2 emissions over the next 15 years.

Why Is The Desert Cold At Night?
Thirty years ago I took my fiancée canoeing down the Green River in Utah for a week in July. It was on that trip that I learned that after camping in sand for several days, certain activities are extremely problematic.
When we went to bed, it was too hot to sleep, and when we woke up it was too cold to sleep. Because of the lack of humidity, temperatures would plummet over night. This is due to :
- lack of greenhouse gas H2O
- lack of vegetation to release heat
- lack of latent heat of condensation
- cold air sinking to the river bottom

Why Does The Atmosphere Heat Up During The Day?
Shortwave radiation passes largely unimpeded through the atmosphere. It strikes the ground and warms it. The warmed ground emits longwave radiation, some of which is absorbed by greenhouse gases, causing the atmosphere to warm.
If there were no greenhouse gases, almost all of the surface heat would radiate back into space without warming the atmosphere. A small amount of heat would transfer kinetically directly at the ground surface, but the atmosphere would be very cold. This is basically what happens in Antarctica, where there are very few greenhouse gases.
How could a weather model possibly work without a radiative transfer model which models the greenhouse effect?

Greenhouse Gas Theory Is Very Simple
The amount of energy leaving the planet is nearly identical to the amount of solar energy being received. (Radioactive decay in the interior of the Earth makes the outgoing number slightly larger.)
Without greenhouse gases, the surface heat would immediately radiate back into space, and the atmosphere would be very cold. Greenhouse gases impede the return of energy to space. In other words they act as an insulator. They absorb photons of certain wavelengths, excite the molecules, and heat them. Many of these excited molecules then pass the heat on to neighboring molecules.
Because of these insulators known as greenhouse gases restricting the energy flow, in order to maintain energy equilibrium, the temperature has to rise near the surface – because heat flow is proportional to the difference in temperature. Increased temperature near the surface causes increased LW radiation, increased conduction, and increased convection – all needed to maintain equilibrium.
It is called conservation of energy.

November 12, 1940 Was Even Colder Than Today
All of the stations shown below were below 0F (-18C) on November 12, 1940.
Forks, Montana was -34F that day, and 0F temperatures were recorded as far south as New Mexico.

How Many Things Can Fox News Get Wrong In One Article?
Dear Fox News,
- CO2 is not climate
- Steam is not CO2
- The deal says US decreases emissions, while China increases them. The 2030 number is meaningless.

Most Open And Transparent Administration Makes Secret Deal To Destroy The US Economy
The U.S. set a new target to reduce its emissions of heat-trapping gases by 26 percent to 28 percent by 2025, compared with 2005 levels. That’s a sharp increase from earlier in Obama’s presidency, when he pledged to cut emissions by 17 percent by 2020.

In other words, Obama just made an illegal treaty to reach an impossible and pointless goal of making the US even colder, with a country that has no intention of reciprocating.
The President shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur

A few years ago the climate lived in Texas, but now resides in California and Alaska.
