Alabama Power Co. will cut its workforce in half at its Plant Greene County by 2016 as it eliminates coal-burning units there.  The action is because of new federal mandates to close coal-burning units at power plants, Alabama Power said Friday.

Yesterday I published this graph, showing almost perfect correlation between USHCN adjustments and NOAA atmospheric CO2 numbers.

I have long wondered why USHCN adjustments are increasing exponentially. They are now nearly 1.5F total.

According to USHCN V1 documentation, the adjustments were supposed to level off after 1990 at 0.5F. Instead of leveling off, they have sharply increased and are now almost three times as large as the USHCN V1 adjustments.

CO2 has very little impact on the climate. Who cares if the measurements are accurate?

There have only been two potential candidates with enough balls to stand up to the little dictator. One was Sarah Palin and the other was this guy – Ben Carson. He lectured Obama right to his face during the one event where Obama couldn’t shut him up or walk away.

I’d love to see a Carson/Palin presidency, to restore America back to sanity.

Recycling of IRS hard drives has boomed since Obama took office. This requires people, and has created at least one green job since 2008.
