Every state in the US reached 100 degrees before global warming kicked in. Fortunately, it is much cooler now.

Empirical evidence does not lend much support to the notion that climate is headed precipitately toward more extreme heat and drought. The drought of 1999 covered a smaller area than the 1988 drought, when the Mississippi almost dried up. And 1988 was a temporary inconvenience as compared with repeated droughts during the 1930s “Dust Bowl” that caused an exodus from the prairies, as chronicled in Steinbeck’s Grapes of Wrath.

That same year, NOAA published this graph showing the 1990’s as much hotter than the 1930’s.

The animation below shows how NOAA massively cooled the 1930’s, and massively heated the 1990’s. This tampering is one of the cornerstones of the global warming fraud story.

The graph below shows NASA in black/green and NOAA in red/blue, normalized to 1996-1998. NOAA massively cooled the past, with 1934 dropping by a full degree C relative to the late 1990’s.

On September 26, 1998 there were four Atlantic hurricanes at the same time.

15 years later, there were only two hurricanes all season.

If you remove Mt. Pinatubo cooling, there has been essentially no warming for almost a quarter of a century.

In the deluxe Trenberth model microfreezer, the missing heat gets transported directly to the bottom of the sea, undetected by buoys on the way down.

The global temperature anomaly of ~0.2C is about the same as it was 30 years ago, before the eruption of El Chichon cooled temperatures 0.5C.

Another way of saying this politely, is that global warming is almost complete BS, and the people behind it are crooks.
