Climate Change Insanity Never Changes

People have been imagining that the climate is changing, exaggerating every weather event, getting widespread press coverage, and blaming it on man – for as long as there have been newspapers.

10 January 1871

IMAGINARY CHANGES OF CLIMATE.

THREE consecutive years of drought, while they have stimulated the inventive resources of practical agriculturists, have had the natural effect of calling forth a plentiful crop of speculation from weather prophets and projectors, and half-instructed meteorologists, and all the philosophic tribe of Laputa in general, to whom the periodical press now affords such fatal facilities.

We have often noticed that in the tabular statements of those compilers of weather records who write to the Times, useful and welcome as their communications are, every season is sure to be “extraordinary,” almost   every month one of the driest or wettest, or windiest, coldest or hottest, ever known. Much observation, which ought to correct a tendency to exaggerate, seems in some minds to have rather a tendency to increase it.  And many seem now to regard three dry hot years in succession as betokening some general change of climate, as if it was not perfectly certain, in the wide range of the table of what we call chances, that with our existing conditions of climate such a combination must every now and then recur. We know an ingenious theorist who would fain persuade us that a cycle of six hundred unfavorable years has   just reached its termination, and that English agriculturists, who left off making wine about A.D. 1250 because their grapes ceased to ripen,   will soon be making it again, and continue to do so for an equivalent number of centuries.  Others speculating quite as conjecturally and even more absurdly, seem to attribute the impending change of climate -of which they assume the reality -to the operation of men.

One of world’s strongest storms lashes Philippines, but nation appears to avoid major disaster – The Washington Post

Jeff Masters’ claim of 195 MPH – worst hurricane ever at landfall – was complete bullshit, but exactly what he wanted. He got his big lie out all over the Internet and is now sacred and unassailable knowledge of the alarmist community.

Weather officials said Haiyan had sustained winds of 235 kph (147 mph) with gusts of 275 kph (170 mph) when it made landfall. That makes it the world’s strongest typhoon this year, said Aldczar Aurelio of the government’s weather bureau.

Words Of Wisdom From Dr. Ben Carson

“My concern is that if you have a government that can’t be trusted, if you have to parse every word, if you have to  filter it through legalese in order for the people to understand what’s going on, then what have we evolved into?  This is not what America is supposed to be, and a lot of people have lost sight of that.”

Carson added, “America is supposed to be the home of the brave, the land of  the free, it was supposed to be  a place that was centric to the  people, not the government.  As we turn over more power to the government to control our lives, it’s going to change  drastically from the place we all envisioned.”

C.I.A. WARNING

From a correspondent in Washington

MAJOR world climate changes were under way that would cause economic and political upheavals “almost beyond comprehension”, an internal report of the Central Intelligence Agency has warned the US Government.

“The new climatic era brings a promise of famine and starvation to  many areas of the world”, the report  warns.

The report, which contends that the Climate changes began in 1960, is based on a study by Mr Reid Bryson of the University of Wisconsin.

Its basic premise is that the world’s climate is cooling and will revert to conditions prevalent between 1600 and 1850 — when the earth’s population was less than 1,000 million and its rural, pre-industrial era civilisations were largely capable of feeding themselves.

Last March, estimated world population reached 4,000 million. A return to cooler temperatures in today’s fragile, interdependent global economic structure would mean that India, China and the Soviet Union — among other northern hemisphere nations — will be hard pressed to feed their populations.

The report notes that  “the change of climate is cooling some significant agricultural areas and causing drought in others. If, for example, there, is a northern hemisphere drop of one degree centigrade, it would mean that India will have a major drought every four years and can only support three-fourths of her present population”.

India’s estimated population is 586 million.

“The world reserve would have to supply 30 to 50 million metric tons of grain each year to pre vent the death of 150 million Indians”, the re port said.

“China, with a major famine every five years, would require a supply of 50 million metric Ions of grain. The Soviet Union would lose Kazakhstan for grain production, thereby showing a yearly loss of 48 million metric tons of grain.

“Canada, a major exporter, would lose over 50 per cent of its production capability and 75 per cent of its exporting capabilities. Northern Europe will “lose 25 to 30 per cent of its present production capability while the Common Market countries would zero their exports”.

The report, which- was concerned with possible political and economic threats the United States could expect from such drastic events, said the starvation and famine would lead to social unrest and global migration of populations.

Typhoon Haiyan hits Philippines | World news | The Guardian

Posted in Uncategorized | 7 Comments

Shock News : Jeff Masters Lied

The typhoon landed at 4:40 a.m. local time, at the town of Guiuan. Philippine weather forecasters said Haiyan—locally called Yolanda—is the strongest tropical cyclone this year to hit the country—the equivalent of a Category 5 hurricane. It hammered the coastal town in Eastern Samar province with winds of 235 kilometers an hour (146 miles an hour) and gusts of 270 kph. The storm is moving west at 39 kph, a faster clip than estimated. Its diameter also shrunk to 400 kilometers.

It is the strongest to make landfall since Typhoon Ruth slammed into northern Luzon with sustained winds of 250 kph and gusts of 285 kph.
