No Warming For The Majority Of The Satellite Era
NASA satellites have been tracking the Earth’s temperature since 1979. All of the observed warming occurred during the the first half of the record (rebounding from the ice age scare and two large volcanic eruptions) and there has been no warming in the second half of the satellite record. The warmest year was 15 years ago and temperatures have been declining for the entire 21st century.

Aussie Rag Says The Greenland Ice Sheet Is Melting Six Times Faster Than A Decade Ago
The Greenland ice sheet is melting more than six times faster than just a decade ago. And whatever changes take place will only be reversible over many hundreds, even thousands, of years.
That is truly amazing, considering that the center of the ice sheet didn’t make it above freezing at any time this summer, and that the Petermann Glacier has grown a kilometer since alarmists got hysterical about it in 2010.
In 1940, Greenland was warmer than now and melting was nearing a catastrophe.
May 6, 1940
By far the largest number of local glaciers in north-east Greenland had receded very greatly during recent decades, and it would not be exaggerating to say that these glaciers were nearing a catastrophe.
No lie or garbage statistic is too big for the scum pushing this scam.

Judith Curry Points Out That The IPCC Is Worse Than It Seems
Not only is the IPCC reporting junk science, but they are interfering with people who are trying to do real science.
by Judith Curry
Diagnosis: paradigm paralysis, caused by motivated reasoning, oversimplification, and consensus seeking; worsened and made permanent by a vicious positive feedback effect at the climate science-policy interface.

Decayed Arctic Ice In Much Better Shape Than 2006
July 25, 2013
Barber said the ice is getting so weak that new categories have had to be created for it. “We have a whole new class of sea ice in the Arctic, which we’re calling ‘decayed ice,”‘ he said.
Summer cyclone chewing up Canada’s Arctic sea ice | CTV News
Barber’s decayed ice can be compared vs. 2006 below. Green shows the large increase in western Arctic sea ice since 2006. Red shows ice present in 2006, but not present today.
Most of the red ice was lost during the winter of 2006-2007 as it was transported out the Fram Strait. By contrast, the new green western Arctic ice will get very thick over the winter and be much harder to melt next summer – making climate alarmists even more angry and irrational, and causing them to say even stupider things to gullible members of the press corpse.

Just How Incompetent Is NOAA?
NOAA shows that 2012 was the most extreme weather year in US history, despite the fact that there was little extreme weather last year – other than Sandy which isn’t included in the index. According to their fake index, 2012 was almost three times as extreme as the very extreme year of 1936. Their claim is almost entirely based on very mild temperatures during the winter and spring of 2012. which they are trying to pass off as “extreme.”
U.S. Climate Extremes Index (CEI) | Extremes | National Climatic Data Center (NCDC)
McKibben complained about the mild weather in October, 2012
incredibly quiet tornado season–there just aren’t any storms.
But what about the drought? The 1936 drought was at least as bad as the 2012 drought.
Bottom line is that some parts of NOAA are completely FOS. 1936 was much more extreme than 2012, by any reasonable standard.
