Why would the Anasazi leave — potentially for good — pueblos it had taken them decades to construct? Experts tell us that all of the multi-year ice is gone, last year left nothing but thin decayed ice, the remaining ice has failed and turned into a slushy, the Arctic is the fastest warming place on Earth, and that it is all going to melt by 2013, or 2012, or 2010, or 2008, or 2000.

Given that these are the smartest people on the planet, why did the amount of ice increase by 50% since last year to the highest level since 2004?

Could it be that these experts actually have absolutely no idea what they are talking about?
