NOAA has been jacking up US and global temperatures to wildly ludicrous levels recently, and are at the point where they almost make GISS look like an honest data set.

I suspect that the plan is to have Obama implement his carbon taxes, have NOAA back down on their temperature/extreme weather fraud, and then have Obama take credit for fixing the climate..
