There are 831 US HCN stations which have been continuously active since at least 1920. The vast majority of them set their all-time record maximum temperature prior to Harry Truman becoming president.

Only 26 stations set their all-time record maximum during the past decade, compared to 283 stations between 1934 and 1943.

NOAA massively corrupts this statistic by using lots of stations which did not exist during the hot years of 1900-1945.

The EPA also points out that summers used to be much hotter in the US, but NOAA is undaunted by facts. They behave in the same manner as the IRS – working as climate thugs for the White House.
