It is clear that police officers (and children of Democrats) can not be trusted with assault rifles, and that these should only be in the hands of NRA members and other members of the public who know how to handle weapons safely and responsibly.

A new paper published in Climatic Change examined the increased frequency of record-breaking monthly temperature records over the past 130 years and found that these records are now five times more likely to occur due to global warming, with much more to come.

This is complete garbage. The reason they are finding more record temperatures now is because they are adding more stations. If a station was added after 1980, its record temperatures will all occur after 1980.

Doing an apples to apples comparison where we only use the same stations – it becomes obvious that maximum monthly temperature records peaked during the 1930s, and that no year since 1955 has even cracked the top ten.

Is the author completely incompetent, dishonest – or both?

OAKLAND, CA—Federal agents arrested Matthew Aaron Llaneza, age 28, of San Jose, California, this morning after he allegedly attempted to detonate a vehicle-borne explosive device at a bank branch in Oakland.

According to the affidavit filed in support of the criminal complaint, on November 30, 2012, Llaneza met with a man who led him to believe he was connected with the Taliban and the mujahidin in Afghanistan. In reality, this man was an undercover FBI agent. At this initial meeting, Llaneza proposed conducting a car-bomb attack against a bank in the San Francisco Bay Area. He proposed structuring the attack to make it appear that the responsible party was an umbrella organization for a loose collection of anti-government militias and their sympathizers. Llaneza’s stated goal was to trigger a governmental crackdown, which he expected would trigger a right-wing counter-response against the government followed by, he hoped, civil war.

He got one part right. The White House has 7,000 fully automatic weapons and 1.6 billion bullets, and is looking for any excuse they can find to wage war against their political opposition.

Unbelievable. The king of exploiting death for cheap laughs and political points is urging Americans not to joke about alleged murderer Chris Dorner’sbizarre manifesto. That’s pretty rich coming from a man who joked that he was “gleeful” about the Newtown massacre and boasted about standing on dead children’s graves.

Our governments are attempting to push 1984 style lies on us, in everything from climate to Constitutional rights. They have the full complicity of newspapers and television networks.

But the big enemy of the Ministry of Truth is the Internet. Educated people spend more time on the Internet than they do watching television. A large percentage of Obama voters are poor uneducated people who have limited access to the Internet, and are easy to brainwash. Many are illiterate and vote more than once per election. That is why Democrats have been dumbing down the educational system for two generations.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Information is the key to keeping the tyrants at bay.

The current drought in the US is quite ordinary, and the US has seen many similar or worse droughts over the last century.
