Climate scientists are speaking very confidently right now that the Arctic is doomed.

They know this because every other bold prediction they have made about snow, drought, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc ….  has turned out to be a total farce.

They pulled exactly the same stunt in 2007.

“In hindsight, probably too much was read into 2007, and I would take some blame for that,” Serreze said. “There were so many of us that were astounded by what happened, and maybe we read too much into it.”

Get used to it. The weather of the 21st century will be very much like the hot and dry weather of 2011. Giving extra credibility to this forecast is the fact that the weather extremes that we are presently experiencing were predicted in the first edition in 1995.

Dessler picked out one outlier, and declared it a trend. He could just as easily have picked out 2007, and declared Texas in a permanent flood.

IT MAY be time to stop describing south-eastern Australia as gripped by drought and instead accept the extreme dry as permanent, one of the nation’s most senior weather experts warned yesterday.

It has long been known that the climate responds favorably to human sacrifice.

We may have our differences, but we can all agree that restoring the climate of the 1930s is a worthy goal. Let’s make the sacrifices which the experts demand.

I posted an article showing that Antarctic ice has increased to record levels while Arctic ice has decreased. Live Science made fraudulent claims that I had said Antarctic ice disproved global warming – when I said nothing of the sort and didn’t discuss global warming at all.

Unchristian Anti-Science Monitor picked up on it, and then religious fanatics come back over here and make comments without even bothering to read what I had written.

In line with the veracity-free Obama White House philosophy, NOAA has taken climate fraud to new levels this year. They added three degrees on to YTD temperatures (relative to 100 years ago) to get 2012 up to the #1 spot.

Measured temperatures in the US this year have actually been almost a full degree cooler than 1921 and 1936, even with massive UHI contamination of the temperature record.

Mark Serreze explains how an upwards trend is actually a slow downwards trend.

This is complete bullshit. In 2007, EPA published this Hansen map predicting peak ice loss in the southern hemisphere. Note the red circle below
