An overheated atmosphere of lies and mass delusion (and, in Sandy’s case, lack of preparedness along the coast, for the once-in-a-century storm that shows just how thoughtless the construction has been, there by the barely-contained ocean).
That would not even count as a “once in a century storm”. More like once in a decade. The East Coast has just been very lucky to have experienced milder weather than “Normal” for that region!
