That cr*p rainfall radar thing has no way of telling rain from snow or wintry mix. They only know what’s snow by asking the public to telephone them and tell them.
That ‘area of heavy snowfall’ was a raging blizzard which dropped over two feet of snow on some places there.
If it was a flooding rainfall, however, the caption would have contained the following phrase, “although it is impossible to directly connect any singular event to climate change scientists say climate change may be responsible for increased atmospheric water vapor which lead to heavier rainfalls”

I reckon the balloon has gone up. The whole scam is becoming unravelled and even the Daily Mail can point it out to the plebs.
