Roughly about July 2008 is when they made the last calculation changes (data tampering), which then began to affect 2009-post numbers, and then the outright blatant fraud conducted in mid-late 2012 to get Obama re-elected.
Yup! I was actually referring to the “blatant” which started earlier (but just was too hard to miss in mid 2012) than 2012. Anyone following the numbers saw the divergence of U3 and U6, which was when the monkeying and fraud began.
